Delivery & Returns
Iconic Linen delivers worldwide. All goods will be dispatched within 10 working days of receipt of the order as our items are handcrafted for you. If items are available immediately, the goods will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Delivery is carried out by international courier companies. We choose only reliable logistic partners such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX as well and Lithuanian Post for small parcels to reduce the shipment cost. The shipping and handling costs are shown before orders are completed and are indicated separately on the invoice. You will receive the tracking number so you can track your order. The international courier shipping costs are outlined below:

Please note that we wild our best to deliver items as soon as possible, If items are undeliverable or delayed due to the customer giving an incorrect delivery address, due to the recipient being absent or bad weather conditions, Iconic Linen is not liable.
SHIPMENT TAXES OUTSIDE THE EU
The shipping does not include any taxes where those fees are applicable or import fees outside the EU and those import fees or taxes are paid by the customer. Please note that the goods are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Any complaints in respect of quality and completeness must be lodged with Iconic Linen immediately, but within 48 hours at the latest by post, phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, the delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted. If you are not completely satisfied with the items, then the items can be returned to Iconic Linen within 14 days of the receipt and receive either the replacement product or a full refund. Please note that the goods must be returned in its original perfect condition - unused, unwashed and with labels. Unfortunately Iconic Linen cannot offer refunds on cut fabric or bespoke items. Iconic Linen is not held responsible for any shipping costs that the buyer will incur to refund the items.
